Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us in original packaging
  5. Receive your refund or exchange once we process the return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We'll ship the new item once we receive the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

In-Store Returns
